Can I try shoes before buying?

Yes! We offer a trial service (max 3 pairs) so therapists and families can find the best fit.

  • Shoes are sent directly to the treating therapist.
  • The therapist is responsible for fitting, trialling, and returning the shoes.
  • Shoes must remain with the therapist until payment is complete.

Can I return or exchange shoes if they don’t fit?

Yes! We know getting the right fit is important. Shoes can be exchanged or returned within 30 days, provided they’re unworn (just tried on indoors) and in their original packaging. We recommend keeping the box until you’re sure about the fit. One complimentary return label is provided for the first return.

ICB’s MULTICOLOUR Orthotics are specifically designed for young children with excessive pronation. ICB Multicolour Orthotics are great for general use in children aged 15 months to 12 years.

ICB Multicolour Orthotics are constructed from a medium density EVA, providing children with excellent biomechanical support and control.  A 5° rearfoot varus angle has been incorporated into the orthotics to offer stability and correction to growing children.  The Multicolour Orthotics are bright and colourful, making wearing them a fun experience for kids.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most Australian orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
