Yes! We offer a trial service (max 3 pairs) so therapists and families can find the best fit.
- Shoes are sent directly to the treating therapist.
- The therapist is responsible for fitting, trialling, and returning the shoes.
- Shoes must remain with the therapist until payment is complete.

Yes! We know getting the right fit is important. Shoes can be exchanged or returned within 30 days, provided they’re unworn (just tried on indoors) and in their original packaging. We recommend keeping the box until you’re sure about the fit. One complimentary return label is provided for the first return.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
First Return: Your first return is free of charge.
Subsequent Returns: Any additional returns will incur a fee, which will be calculated and included on the invoice.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
